Screen Printing
Full-color transfers for cotton, polyester & blends—great for gradients and mixed materials. Best for: small–mid runs, multicolor logos, on-demand reprints. Fabrics: cotton, poly, performance wear, caps, bags. Strengths: vivid color, fine detail, flexible placement (front, sleeve, tag). Consider: slightly thicker feel than DTG; provide 300 DPI PNG at size or vector.
Photo-real details and soft hand—printed directly into the fibers. Best for: one-offs, samples, small drops with complex images. Fabrics: performs best on 100% cotton or high-cotton blends. Strengths: smooth gradients, photographic detail, no screen setup. Consider: pretreat for dark garments; not ideal for heavy polyester.
The bulk-run workhorse—ultra-durable, Pantone-matched inks, premium finishes. Best for: larger quantities, spot colors, brand work. Fabrics: cotton & blends; specialty inks for performance fabrics. Strengths: long-lasting prints, exact color matching, metallic/puff/specialty effects. Consider: setup per color (screens); best value at higher quantities.
